MANUFACTURER COUPON REDEMPTION SERVICES
All
processing is done in the United States at our Florida headquarters, using
100% hand count when required, at no extra charge. All submissions are
processed within one week or less of receipt . . . resulting in timely payment
to the retailer.
Deductions . . .
Deductions from product invoices occur rarely but do happen. Most
deductions are due to retail clearinghouse error or slow pay by the
manufacturer in funding their redemption activity. We resolve these issues at
no extra charge.
Fees . . .
There
are no surprises. The fees are inclusive and represent less than 5% of the
client's couponing budget. No transaction fees, cost-of-living surcharge, fraud
charge or annual minimums.
Reporting and Computer Systems . . .
In
order to be cost-effective we offer two report versions:
Version #1 is for those companies that require our
standard reporting. It is provided at our lowest fee and delivered via USPS,
FEDEX or emailed in Excel.
Version #2 provides our standard reports, plus
"on-line" detailed reporting in a variety of sophisticated formats; only
accessible via Internet with a secure password. The fees are slightly higher
but you get much more for the dollar.
The
best computer hardware and software ensures accurate processing, proper
accounting and reporting of each coupon transaction.
Contract Period . . .
We want
to keep your business and usually ask for a minimum of one year. If you decide
that couponing is not for your company or that another redemption service
offers a better deal, we will quickly cancel your account without penalty.
Transition From In-House or Other Redemption
Service
We
have done it over 250 times! We takeover as soon as the agreement is signed.
The client spends less than two hours involved in the transition.
